We booked the Excelsior Hotel in Hong Kong through TravelChinaGuide and we get a quick and helpful response. Thank you very much for your excellent job. We stayed at the hotel fro two days and the hotel had a good location. It was situated in the city center, very near the shopping centers and subway station. The staff in the hotel was friendly and kind. The room we stayed at was clean and spacious and provided superb view of the Victoria Harbor. The bathroom was not spacious enough but comfortable. We were sorry to find that the hotel had no swimming pool. What a pity. The room and facilities at the hotel are superb. The slight problem is that there's no swimming pool available. Overall, it's a fantastic hotel and the staffs are very helpful and always smile a lot.
