I just wanted to say that my overall experience with your organization and the hotel were excellent. It was very easy to select a hotel and book the room through your website. The hotel was very clean, food was good, warm food was warm, cold was cold. There was a good variety included in the complementary buffet as well as a selection from the regular menu. Although the hotel was "off the beaten path" a little, a 5 minute walk brought us to major bus and underground routes. A very enjoyable experience! Thanks, Leo Zick

To whom this may concern, I write this because I feel I must tell you that I am extremely grateful for your help and service. I have been working and travelling in Mainland China for the past few years, and I feel lucky to have stumbled upon your website, which has helped me so much in the past 6 months. The staffs that I have been in contact with at your company have been very kind and helpful, and have made planning my business trips much easier than it has been in the past. I would like to apologize as there have been a couple mishaps in planning/hotel bookings on my behalf, and for my erratic schedule changes, which is slightly difficult with regards to check in/out dates as well as check in times. My job has certain duties where I may need to make an urgent visit to one or more of our factories, and so far TCG has been very accommodating of my schedule. The hotels that I have enjoyed staying at have all been very comfortable, and my check-in at these hotels have been very smooth, with no problems. I have recommended your service to many of my clients, friends, and have even made some bookings on behalf of fellow travelers while on excursions. My parents are planning to come and visit china in 2009, and I will without a doubt be using TCG to help plan and develop a unique and enjoyable itinerary so that they can enjoy as much of this great country as I have.
