Location is good lots of shopping and eateries around hotel. The silk street is a few blocks away and west lake a 15 mins enjoyable walk from hotel. Staff very helpful tries very hard to accommodate with English. We enjoyed our stay and will stay there again.

Thanks for your email.
Our stay in the Nanyuan Inn (Fengqi) in Hangzhou was very enjoyable. The location is not perfect, being about 30 mins walk from the West Lake and with the rooms enjoying a view and soundtrack of the nearby highway. However, the room was modern, clean and pleasant and the staff friendly and helpful.
The last-minute service from TCG was, as it has been in the past, excellent.
