Clean and very spacious room with modern facilities, there was no problem about the hardware. My suggestion is that the hotel management should pay more attention to the software of the hotel. I only stayed here because it was near where I was doing business. The grounds are absolutely beautiful but the entire hotel smells like cigarettes, the beds are extremely hard, and the food was bad and cold. The coffee was the worst I've had in my life. Also, there was no heat available. The hotel staff do not speak English not even one or two of them as in most hotels in the area. It took a half hour to communicate that I wanted to purchase bottled water. I ate in their nicest chinese retaurant and had hair in my food. Their foot massages are very good though. For business purposes in the surrounding area it is a good place to stay but definetly not for vacation or leisure because their is nothing to do and you are far from the city center. I hope this was a mistake. The hotel was perfect in a beautiful neighbourhood. The accomodation is perfect, however the beds are hard as granite. It is very hard to find anyone speaking English, and even the most simple question cannot be answered, The staff only speaks English. During my stay ( mrach 2006) they had the bad habbit to start construction work at 1:30 in the middle of the night, and after my call to the reception nobody understood the problem. Whenn I was there nothing was open ( none of the 2 bars wa sopen) and the swimming pool was empty. On dinnertime we (2) where the only guests in the restaurant. This hotel could be one of the best in the area if they hire a new manager and start teaching the staff English.
