Friendship Hotel Hangzhou is a high star-rated hotel owned by Hangzhou Binjiang Real Estate. It is located in the Pinghai Road-the Central Business District of the city, just a stepaway from West Lake. The main building of the hotel is over 70 meters with about 233 rooms in which you can enjoy the panoramic view of West Lake.   • Within the hotel, there are several restaurants. The Revolving Restaurant on the 20F, not only provide delicious western and Southeast Asia cuisine, but also a beautiful panoramic of the West Lake. The Chinese Restaurants serve Chinese cuisine and Hong Kong dimsum. There is also a Japanese Restaurant.

Friendship Hotel is value for money. The rooms are nice (esp the newly-renovated ones), though the washroom is rather small. The staff are friendly and the location is good. It's only about 10 mins walk from West Lake. The only setback is that the reservation system of the hotel is not that efficient.

The booking experience through TCG is good. The service is fast, efficient and convenient.

I was very pleased about the staying in Friendship Hotel in Hangzhou. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and nice. Location was very convenient.

I had good experience with the TCG booking service. Definitely will use them again.

Regarding Friendship Hotel in Hangzhou, the staff, location & faculty were excellent & the price reasonable.
I would recommend the hotel to tourists who would like to stay there.
I suggest the hotel could provide desktop computer inside the room, then this would be great.
