I have to rate the service of Fuhao Hotel was fantastic. Thank you for your services as you were very helpful and I enjoyed my time in China. Please accept my good review of Fu Hao as I enjoyed my stay there. If I can offer one suggestion, the hotel should have at least two of their staff have more training in English so they become a little more fluent with it. At times, only the Bellhop and morning Cashier were the only staff members that spoke English. This would only better their business but as far as accomidations, the place was a success. Thank you again.

I am very satisfied with the service you have provided. Everything worked out fine and all I hade to do was show up with my reservation and check in. The hotel fitted your description very well. It was very well located on the main shopping street with a lot of restaurants and bars in the area and within walking distance of the Forbidden City. The hotel was quiet and clean and I had the choice between western and Chinese breakfast. Not all the staff spoke english but I was able to make myself understood at all times.

Satisfied. However, when I did a change of reservation I had to contact you 3 times before the change was actually done. I think this could be improved. I am not so satisifed with this hotel. While I was in Beijing, I went to the hotel 2 days in advance to verify that my reservation was ok. I noticed that their personnel speaks hardly english and it was very difficult to communicate with them, even simple things. The only person that spoke english was the hotel manager that was not doing customer service. Initially, they even didn't find my reservation, and it took almost one hour to find the paper when I had decided to call your office to give a complaint for the "missing reservation". On the check-in day, it took also almost another hour just to fill the registration papers because of the same problems. Otherwise the room was nice and the overall service as well.
