Keep up the good work and will in future use your service again. As regarding the Furama Hotel, I already posted some comments on the particular website. Anyway overall, the stay is pleasant and enjoyable except that the hotel needs to provide headphones for Internet chat. Regrettably, I did not get a better room with a view of the Pearl River. Furama Hotel is well located and has easy access to public transport services ie taxis & buses etc. Close proximity to major shopping malls is a great plus for our family members who enjoyed shopping. The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, the restaurants offer very good Dim Sum breakfast. The location close to the river is nice and with a taxi everything is easy to reach. Since my last visit they now have safes in the rooms and a small refrrigerator which they did not have during my last visit. My only mix up is when I left the cleaning lady a good tip it caused a small problem because tips are not expected in China as they are here in the USA. The matter was straightened out and the manager was glad I was very happy with the service. The massage was incredible and relaxing. The area was busy but nice.
