The hotel in itself was comfortable;
the breakfast buffet was varied and the decor moderately elegant. I was disappointed not to find shopping in the vicinity.

The stay at the hotel was comfortable ,but the facilities and service was very poor ,though I had paid for the breakfast and showed them the mail sent by you they had charged for the first day and later after lot of argument they agreed for the same.

Their attitude of the staff is un professional . I don? intend staying in my next trip at all.
