I use TravelChinaGuide very often on my vistits to China. Gloria Plaza Hotel is good value for money for a business traveler. Good location and room standard is adequate for the price paid. Buffet breakfast and dinner are slightly limited. Early bird gets the worm. Come late, and dishes are not replenished and one has to eat what is left. Western fast food restaurants are located within easy walking distance from the hotel. I am looking forward to going back to this hotel.

Dear TCG staffs, I am writing to thank you for your kind help during my trip in China; your booking center offers very helpful and professional service. I had never made reservations on internet before, this is my first time to use internet booking service. I really impressed by your efficient service. I was worried about my trip before I went to China, but I found everything was arranged very well by your booking center. The airport staffs found my booking when I showed my passport and the PNR you offered, I thought the PNR is useless before, but it did work, there was no problem for the check in at the airport. Also checking into the hotel went smoothly.

The taxi driver took us to the hotel directly from the airport when I showed the hotel address to him. The hotel is very beautiful and hotel staffs are very courteous and kind. They arranged the deluxe suite on the IT floor I booked with you. I was very satisfied with the guest room and the hotel service.
