Indeed the hotel stay is very pleasant and wonderful. Your service is also excellent in making my stay at Golden Gulf Santou memorable. The only problem I had was that when I check out to pay my bills there was this additional 10 yuan per night which they charged me. I showed them your e-mail stating that I should pay the total charge of 2600 yuan net but they insist that it was for their service charge.
