Golden Bay Hotel, Weihai opened in 2000, is a hotel for overseas tourists. Situated at Weihai High-tech Industry Development Zone with favorable location and picturesque scenery of mountains and seas, the hotel is adjacent to International Bathing Beach in the east. There is advanced fire alarm system and security system to assure guests' safety, and automatic control system to provide both comfortable temperature and fresh air. The hotel has five conference rooms of different sizes with simultaneous interpretation and teleconference equipments, as well as deluxe guest rooms with PC internet access. Indeed the hotel stay is very pleasant and wonderful. Your service is also excellent in making my stay at Golden Gulf Santou memorable. The only problem I had was that when I check out to pay my bills there was this additional 10 yuan per night which they charged me. I showed them your e-mail stating that I should pay the total charge of 2600 yuan net but they insist that it was for their service charge.
