 We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights and generally got a positive impression.
The hotel is new and decorated in a modern and simple style which I like. The room is good size and very quiet. The staff are friendly. However, some small issues show that this hotel still needs improvement, especially the house keeping service.
House keeping staff always ignore the used tea cup, or forget to replace the towels or toilet paper, although these are small issues, it do let us uncomfortable feelings.
We will stay in this hotel again if they could really do some work about the service.

The hotel is in a great location ONLY if you need to get to and from Tian He in under 15 minutes. Everything took a lot longer to get to. The food at the hotel left MUCH to be desired. Don't get room service - half of what we ordered didn't arrive and the eggs we got were cold and undercooked! But, aside from the awful food... the concierge was VERY helpful getting us taxis quickly and transcribing addresses from English to Chinese for us. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were clean, large and modern bathrooms. We would definitely stay here again - great value!

the hotel, room and service was very good, room was excellent -
bed was a bit hard but everything was very satisfactory. Food in the
restaurant catered for western and chinese food which was very good.
We were very happy with the Golden Bridge Hotel - next time however we
will learn cantonese would make life a little easier with the taxi
drivers - the hotel staff were wonderful in helping us out in this
respect.
