Sorry for the late response. Here are my answers. Thank you. Hotel: 8 out of 10. The facility was beautiful. The hotel staff were friendly and very helpful. The location was perfect. It was a 5 minute drive to our bus station. It was located in the middle of everything. The only thing I did not like was the surprise room deposit I was unaware of. I got the full deposit back but I would of like to know about it before my arrival. Your booking service is GREAT. I highly recommend it. Thank you. The only thing is that the hotel had booked single room for us while my reservation had clearly mentioned two adults (which automatically means a double room). The hotel did give a double room because it was not full. But had it been fully occupied, then it would have put me to inconvenience. The hotel itself is very good. The staff is courteous, the rooms are good, the location is convenient. I shall definitely choose this hotel if I have to come again to Shantou. Language is somewhat of a problem and I would appreciate if the hotel employs atleast one dedicated translator who speaks good English.
