1. Your service was great and booking is easy. I have no difficulty in checking in the hotel.
2. The location of the hotel is perfect and within walking distance to major shopping areas. Transportation is very convenient and the MTR is right outside of the hotel. Room is nice and spotlessly clean, the view out of the window is amazing, especially in the night. Breakfast was buffet style and tastes good. I would highly recommend this hotel as its ideal location and good service.
