hotel reception is not really able to use credit cards for booking and produced a big mess with credit cards bookings for deposit and pay at check-out. Big confusion and argument with the staff about credit card bookings leaves bad memories. They could not provide sufficient credit card bills. staff does not tell their names and can not be identified later when problems occur. Even manager does not want to be responsible and did not tell name. Value and service is bad for medium price.
