Opening: June 2004. Good Sun International Business Apartment (Haoyangguang Guoji Shangwu Gongyu) is located on the main road of Nignbo City--Bai Zhang East Road. The 15-storey apartment is the first hotel-style business apartment with complete new conception.The apartment has 210 guestrooms, in which 90 guestrooms are duplex suites, 5 meters higher than the common floor. There are approximately 10 types of duplex suites, including one bedroom suite of 48 square meters, two-bedroom suite of 63 square meter and 93.5 square meters respectively. The reception of the apartment building acts as an agent for ordering flowers, bonsai, breakfast, lunch, supper, drinking water, magazine and newspaper, etc. The business center offers copying, typewriting, DDD, limousine rental, post service and tickets booking. In addition, the apartments are also equipped with broadband access, 24-hour security protection system, and parking lots, etc.

hotel reception is not really able to use credit cards for booking and produced a big mess with credit cards bookings for deposit and pay at check-out. Big confusion and argument with the staff about credit card bookings leaves bad memories. They could not provide sufficient credit card bills. staff does not tell their names and can not be identified later when problems occur. Even manager does not want to be responsible and did not tell name. Value and service is bad for medium price.
