The hotel is at the hillside, facing the sea, quiet with clean air. It is not very new looking from outside, however; the room is under good condition, clean. There
are many humanized designs in the room. All the switches are at the bedside, convenient to open or close the lights and adjust the air-conditioning. The swimming pool is a bit small, 60-70㎡. But the water is clean. It offers breakfast, lunch and supper everyday. The taste is great.

The facility was very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the Chinese and western food in the restaurants. Front desk staff spoke good English but I had some trouble communicating in English elsewhere in the Hotel.
The staff at the Entrance door were very good and helpful.
I found the room rate to be a little expensive.
I am looking forward to returning to this hotel in the future.
The booking service was efficient and courteous - I will use TCG again.

Your efficient response impressed me very much. I will use your service again next time. I stayed in Grand Bay Hotel for 2 nights last month. Room was decent and huge in size. The view of the Ocean from my window was great. The mattress was quite thin like a piece of paper but later offered me 2 more blanket on my request. That was fine. Room service was okay, the housekeeping maids were very kind and room was cleaned up everyday before I came back. It was good value for the money I paid and I will use this hotel again next time as my first choice.

My family and I were pleasantly surprised by the beauty and cleanliness of the Hotel, but most of all by the friendliness and excellent service provided by the staff, from front desk to the bell desk to the housekeeping. The rooms are big and comfortable and we had nice views of the lush greenery (mountain view). We enjoyed our stay at the hotel tremendously and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a very reasonably-priced 5-star hotel! We're looking forward to staying in this hotel again, should we ever visit Zhuhai again.
And my booking thru TCG Booking Centre was handled very well and most efficiently - kudos to the staff for a job well done! I've never done internet booking of hotels before but my experience with TGB has put my fears to rest.
