Hotel is quite central, in good location, easy walk to the shops, Bell and Drum Tower. Buffet breakfast is good. Yummy Cafe serves good value meals. Extra friendly and attentive staff. Good advice on sightseeing, excellent help in arranging tours.
Club lounge service was limited compared to many other 5 star hotels. Air conditioning was not working effectively in our suite. Bar fridge was not cold. Sofa in the room had cigarette smell despite our booking for a non smoking room.
Overall we had a very satisfying stay in this hotel and got to know a few exceptionally friendly staff by names very well. Will stay here again.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at the Grand Noble Hotel in Xi'an China. The location is excellent! The staff is great and the buffet dinner is outstanding. One particular server, I don't know his name, made our 37th wedding anniversary an outstanding event. He was attentive to our needs and served us well. The only negative is that the carpet in the room was rather dirty and should be steam cleaned.
The TCG booking service was fine. No difficulties and the room rate was as published.
I highly recommend this hotel.

Really an excellent hotel. Big and comfortable rooms, good breakfast, very clean and excellent location. I doubt that there is a hotel in Xi'an that combines the level of service and decent price that the Grand Noble Hotel did.

Thank you for the good service of TCG. I have more convenience for check in and there is no extra charge from the hotel. The hotel is good surrounding with the shopping shop and close to the bell and drum tower (walk around 10-15 mins.) Inside the room is good, clean, soft bed.. It's value for what you paid for. And breakfast is very good. Overall this hotel is very good.
