There are supposed to be several restaurants, but I only found one open when I wanted to eat. The breakfast buffet that comes with the room is good, but the evening buffet is not worth the price. Go a la carte for your other meals. Had an amazing hambuger one day (juicy, amazing taste) and then the next day the same menu item was dry and overcooked with little taste.
I stayed three nights. I spent extra money so that I could sleep well. The room air conditioning was very weak and there was a blanket on the bed. It was too hot to sleep. I only got a good nights' sleep the third night - maybe because I hadn't slept the other two.
They took a deposit and then tried to charge me additionally for the room. My room charges were less that the deposit. I had to insist that they refund the deposit, which they tried not to do. It took me about 15 minutes of insisting. The tour agency in the hotel charges too much for the service they supply.

They were maintained last month that is why you can not use them during your stay period. They are deeply sorry for the inconvenience caused for you. I have been to Kunming twice. The first time I stayed at the Green Lake Hotel of Kunming and this time I booked the Grand Park Hotel. In my opinion, the two hotels are not of the same level although they are both five-star hotels. The guestroom is smaller and the facilities are simpler than that of the Green Lake Hotel. The staff service is ordinary and not very efficient. When we checked out, some people jumped the queue and the staff paid no attention.
The hotel location is convenient and the lobby is rather beautiful. Remarkably, the buffet breakfast is delicious and we would like to recommend. The staff in the cafeteria show more enthusiasm towards the foreigners :-)
Besides, your booking center is rather efficient and helpful and we would like to use your service in the future.
