I have been to Kunming twice. The first time I stayed at the Green Lake Hotel of Kunming and this time I booked the Grand Park Hotel. In my opinion, the two hotels are not of the same level although they are both five-star hotels. The guestroom is smaller and the facilities are simpler than that of the Green Lake Hotel. The staff service is ordinary and not very efficient. When we checked out, some people jumped the queue and the staff paid no attention.
The hotel location is convenient and the lobby is rather beautiful. Remarkably, the buffet breakfast is delicious and we would like to recommend. The staff in the cafeteria show more enthusiasm towards the foreigners :-)
Besides, your booking center is rather efficient and helpful and we would like to use your service in the future.
