General
Grand Park Xian is located in Nanmen Square of the ancient capital city, in visual contact with the ancient City Wall. Its appearance is in traditional Chinese style, which reflects classic beauty. It has 327 guest rooms (40 of them are suites) whose decoration combines the modern comfort and traditional Chinese elements. All the rooms are fully equipped with LCD TV, telephone, Internet access, voice mail, mini-bar and so on. Some suites even have their own kitchens. The scene outside the rooms is beautiful, with the City Wall presented. The hotel also has a club on its top floor, where you could have a full view of the South Gate and will be offered high quality services. hotel location is good, it is only about 3 minutes walking distance to the south gate and 15 minutes walking distance to the city center- Bell Tower. Hotel staff at reception is efficient and friendly. The bellboy helped us to get a taxi when we went to the airport. Very hard job for him, he went out to the main street to hail the taxi but they all passed by with out notice. Finally, we were told the taxi driver will change shifts between 5-6pm everyday. So, you’d better avoid taking taxi during this period.
Our booking agency TravelChinaGuide is recommendable. They did excellent job.
