Here are my answers to your questions! 1. The hotel location is good, in face with the Green Lake. Then, when making the reservation, you can ask for a room with lake view. 2. The lobby is beautiful and the buffet breakfast is delicious and rich in variety. 3. The hotel facilities are out of fashion and the furniture is old. The room was poor in size (we had an executive room) and the carpet is dirty. The bathroom was small and not pleasant. The hotel looks more like a three star hotel. 4. The hotel service is not good. My wife and I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and enjoyed the whole experience. We could not recommend it more - the staff were friendly, efficient and the quality was considerably above most "chinese" hotels. The food was good, rooms very pleasant and we used the hotel vehicle to take us to the more outlying sights. It worked very well and the driver was excellent - knew the sights and the times taken to visit and offered very helpful insights in what to do and when. I am perfectly satisfied with the service of TCG Booking. I am also satisfied with the Green Lake Hotel. I only have a minor complaint: the hotel told me it was difficult to order a taxi for me at 6 o' clock in the morning (strange: in other cities in China this was never a problem!) and therefore I had to use their own car-service which charged me 200 RMB to get from the hotel to the airport.
