Facing the north and surrounded by hills and water, Green Lake Hotel, Kunming is located next to the Green Lake Park, the only park in downtown Kunming, with a great view of the green lake. The hotel staff is most helpful. Breakfast should be available for two persons, and not just for one. Location of hotel is excellent, next to the lake, and close to the main shopping belt.

The Hotel was miles over expectations. The service was excellent, Restaurant (European) served excellent food and the service in the Restaurant was superior. Internet is free and is in own room, complementary fruit every day also free - rooms clean and very very good - all in all a hotel we can absolutely recommend.

This is a good business hotel, very clean and modern. It principal advantage is the location across from Green Lake where locals go to exercise in the morning. Executive rooms were of average size.
All arrangements handled by Travel China Guide, including a good rate at the hotel and arranging a driver for pick up, were excellent, and I would use them again for bookings in this area.

This is not a cheap hotel but worth every cent. Nicely located at the Green Lake. They treat the guests as real kings or queens :-), we enjoyed our stay there very much.
