Green Island Hotel - room heating could be improved in winter. Hot water capacity is insufficient as we experience a fluctuation of water temperature while showering. We will definitely use your service again.

I booked the hotel in your website and received a confirmation email within half an hour. Your prompt response was excellent and greatly helped us. We express our gratitude towards your kind staff and efficient work. Thank you very much.

Hotel location was convenient and it took us less than ten minutes to arrive at the hotel by taxi. No bellboy was found. We felt lost in the lobby and could not find the reception. The reception desk was on the 2nd floor. However, the staff was not helpful and we took our luggage on ourselves. We had a deluxe suite and the room is not excellent. The bedroom is small and the light is poor. We would like to try other hotels if possible.
