The hotel is around 20 minutes walk away from 2 train stations. It is also close to food outlets and the Nanjing Road, which is a major shopping district. The hotel has English speaking staff. They were quick to respond to queries and requests for help. The broadband internet service was a single desktop at the reception area which had very slow response time. We stayed in a queen bed room (A type). The hotel provides amenities, eg towels, toothbrush/toothpase, comb, vanity set, shampoo, body cleanser. Coffee is not free. For a comfort in, good value for money.
TravelChinaGuide Service was quite good -- quick response time; reliable.

The place was quite good. The location was about a 20 min walk form the central train station; and about 30 min walk to Nanjing street. So the location is quite good. The staff were friendly, however they weren't very knowledgeable about shanghai. For example I asked them where there was a bar and they couldn't really say and there are couple excellent ones right around the corner on kaoding street if that is the correct spelling. Same thing happened about a book store, but I don't think that is peculiar to only that hotel. I think it is common. Otherwise quite a good deal.
Booking experience with TravelChinaGuide: the service was quite good.
