Your service was excellent. I could not fault it any way. You gave a very fast and reliable service.
The hotel was reasonably priced for a city hotel. It was clean and well maintained and all the staff were pleasant. My criticism would have to be the hotel policy on payment of room etc. Every couple of days I would be asked to pay another deposit which would take a long time to process. I wanted to pay for the full duration but they could not do that, very complicated. MUCH improvement needed.
Guang Dong Hotel is a good accommodation in Shenzhen. The hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. Our family had a very happy time in the hotel. There are many shopping malls and restaurants around the hotel. The Chinese food is very delicious in the small restaurant near to the hotel. I would like to recommend this hotel to my friends. Thank you for your kind service.
