My suggestion is not to charge to credit card (1 night charges) and refund after 30 days since Full payment is made at hotel.

We had three rooms at Bai Gong Hotel, and we were pleased with the cleanliness of the rooms complete with computers and internet. The counter staffs were friendly and prompt, while the house keeping staffs were also prompt in granting requests. However, I believe we had less problems because we could communicate in the local language. We had no problem even though we arrived at the hotel after midnight, which was quite an earlier concern. The location was excellent because it was near some good class restaurants, within walking distance to the Sacred Heart Catholic Church where we attended the Christmas Eve mass, and near to Shamian, the Pearl River, herbal market and the pedestrian shopping street.

However, since it is located just next to a busy road, I believe the traffic noise could be a problem for lower floors. Fortunately our rooms were on upper floors.

Second time at hotel... can be bit traffic noisy BUT value for money, friendly and safe. This is right in the middle of the buying area of a great city and 50 meters from the Pearl River. The hotel has limited facilities but across the road is a great breakfast and dinner restaurant, no issue to hard for staff. If you want a top class English/ American hotel this is not for you but if you want to experience China, be close to the pedestrian centre and wholesale markets this is the place to be.
Internet was great with no issues or problems.

Look forward to another visit at this great city and hotel

It is an ok hotel, for the price. The beds are every hard, on the 5th floor where we stayed. Also there are no breakfasts, and the shops around only have a very small selection of breakfast food, so bring your own. But besides that, it is a nice hotel, and not very expensive
