Stayed 3 nights from 16 - 19/3. Very comfortable stay and it's near to Beijing Lu. The counter staff are helpful, (was there one day earlier than my booking date, but the manager sorted out the booking mess up eventually). Interior slightly old but still good. Slightly far from the nearest sub way, especially if you have senior and/or heavy luggage. Overall I strongly recommend as a value for money hotel. Will return.

my view was horrible!, looking out of my room at this 4 star hotel...all I saw was a neighborhood that was completely destroyed, dirty and scary looking, I did not expect that from this hotel. My room was fine except when I was woken up every morning because the cleaners came in to refill the soap or something inside the bathroom.

The carpet in the walk way is very dirty.
I book 2 two bedroom and 1 three bedroom.
The two bedroom do not have any problems but the 3 bedrooms facilities have the following problems:
- Shower box do not have a door
- Air condition is not working. (Circuit breaker will cut-off the air condion after open it in a fews minutes)
- Floor drain in the shower box is clog, It make the water overflow all over the toilet area
We also have a problem with the guard at the hotel door at the night, after visit to ZhuJiang river. They request us to show the key card to prove that we a are guest of the hotel. We show them the key card but they request everyone should have a key card. We try to explain to them that we have only one key card for one room not every key card for every people. They said we should ask for a key card for every people from the check-in lobby. If they really need a key card for every guest, why they did not give all guests the key card??
Hopefully, I stay there only one night.
Next time visit to Guangzhou, I will try to find another hotel
