Hi Lena, Greetings to you and all at Xi'an Diamond Network Co Ltd 1. Guangzhou Haitao Hotel Room we stayed in was fairly clean and comfortable except for the mattress which we find a bit hard. Facility consistent of a 3 star hotel and they have a reasonable good Chinese seafood restaurant. Safe surrounding as it is brightly lit and there is always quite a bit of human traffic. Besides the restaurant in the hotel there is restaurant/cafe and even McDonalds next to the hotel. Location is no issue as we can easily get a taxi along the main road right in front of the hotel. For those who wants to proceed to Macao, Hong Kong or Shenzhen they have coach pick-up at the hotel. This is very convenient especially for those who have heavy luggage. 2. Booking through TCG Booking Center This is the second time I have booked my hotel through TCG Booking Center and I am happy to say that your website is very well constructed and user friendly. However more information about places to shop and eat at major cities in China would be helpful as most Singaporean on free and easy trip to China goes more for the shopping and food than anything else. Kudos to the staff at TCG Booking Center. The personnel I dealt with on both occasions were very professional and prompt in their response. Room is clean, but can feel musty odor in the room. In addition, the hotel provides internet access in the room. It’s very useful for me.
