Guangzhou Haitao Hotel is located in the Pearl River New Town, Tianhe District-a vibrant while quiet business center. It is 7-min-drive to Guangzhou International Conference and Exhibition Center, where the Canton Fair holds twice a year. It is very convenient for commuters between Gungzhou and Hong Kong, Shenzhen or other domestic areas to travel. The hotel also provides express coach services to travelers travel to Hong Kong and Macau. The hotel offer Standard Rooms, Deluxe Rooms, and Suites, which are all equipped with central air conditioning, satellite television, private bathroom and mini-bar. The Houcaller Restaurant, New LuoCheng Korean Restaurant, and Tianxiang Chinese Restaurant offer a wide range of cuisines. The restaurant was closed. Breakfast not in the hotel but nearby the McDonald !!!! Rooms old and floor very dirty. Bathroom very old and outdated. Bed very hard but clean. I will never go again there. No WIFI connected.

Thank you so much for your kind and sincere comments on the hotel website. We do have informed Guangzhou Haitao Hotel about your real comments, and the hotel staffs are sorry to hear that. For the restaurants, they said they are opening normally,but all now are outsourcing. And there is free WIFI available in the business center but not Standard Rooms. They promised they will make more progress in their service, especially the hotel cleanliness and will offer a higher quality service in the following days. Thank you again for your kind reply.

first of all Thanks to TCG team. My booking process went very smooth.

I stayed at Haitao for two weeks. I stayed in a deluxe room and it was clean.
Although it didn’t have a fridge initially when I asked for it they equipped my room with one.
The staff is friendly and helpful and their English knowledge is ok.
The only problem was that the warm water pressure at shower was low.
Otherwise it was an enjoyable stay and I could recommend this hotel.

The hotel is in a good location and general level of facilities and service are above average. Only problem is some of the rooms are run down and require a revamp to be up to standard. The hotel does not serve breakfast and direct guests to the McDonalds nearby which is not ideal; the beds are extremely hard and far too short! Paying close to USD100 per night during the fair period is over priced in my opinion given the level of facilities and service available at this hotel. But I would recommend booking through TravelChinaGuide, the staff is very efficient and helpful so thanks for that!

I think the hotel's location and the staff are good for visitors. I was happy that I booked this hotel through TravelChinaGuide. The only shortcoming I faced is the bed is too short and part of my leg was out of the bed as it is too short for me even though I am only 180 cm tall. I liked the stiffness of the mattresses though I feel for some people it might be too hard.

I would like to thank Travel China Guide staff and the Hotel Staff for making my stay comfortable and affordable. I hope next time I will stay there again.

The TCG hotel booking is very good and highly appreciated.
Guangzhou haitao hotel is good too, except the counter reception. We can't understand each other because of the language (Chinese / English). But I managed everything.

The receptionists are all good, they are kind and very accommodating. Generally the accommodation is very good and I enjoyed my stay in those hotels. I wish to come back in china and plan to stay in those hotels again. I'll just inform you when. Thank you.
