1. I'm very satisfied with location; moreover there is shuttle service to the airport near the hotel.
2. Facility and staff, I count it as moderate only.
3. About the tcg, it would be better if you reply our booking sooner, because sometime we need your reply as soon as possible.

Dear Selina & Alan Lee,

In response to your request for comments about the service of TCG and the
usage of my comments on your website, I will be delighted if you should
choose to do so.

Due to the sudden change in my schedule to depart earlier than I had
anticipated, I would be remiss in not applauding you for the excellent
service that TCG performed. Although I did not allow for enough time to
receive your confirmation of my request for a reservation at the Quangzhou
Hotel, I was completely surprised that TCG was able to make the reservation.
I was able to confirm this by telephone upon my arrival at Quangzhou
Airport. I appologise that I contacted your company the day before my
departure. I will most definitely use your service again. Your website
gave a very clear and concise, yet all inclusive, description of the
amenities of each hotel.

I do have a recommendation though, and that is, you include a printable
address of the hotel names and addresses with the names in Chinese and along
with it, all spelled out in english fonetics. For visitors who have never
been to that particular hotel city before, it would be greatly helpful and
appreciated to have the approximate cost of several different options of the
means of tranportation from the airport. This would greatly help endear
foreign visitors to your website and enhance the usage of your services.

As for Guangzhou Hotel, I was completely satisfied with the service of the
excellent staff employed there. The surrounding area was excellent with
beautiful parks on 2 of the opposite corners of the cross streets that the
hotel was situated. I had the pleasure of observing local residents
individually and in groups excercising, singing Chinese opera songs and
practicing dances with swords and fans. It was defiitely an added bonus.
The restaurant in Quangzhou Hotel provided excellent meals and I chose a 4
jing lobster, took the suggestions of the lady supervisor as to the
preparation of it. The chefs did a superb job of preparing a delicious dish
and soup that I completely devoured with great enthusiasm and satisfaction.
Laundry service was accurate and timely, not to mention the way the laundry
was returned, packed in individual plastic bags. I will be using TCG to book
my reservations at this hotel and hotels in other cities upon my return to
China in about a year.

I do, however, have one suggestion for the hotel. Although I do speak a
little Chinese, I would highly recommend that they have at least one staff
member at the reservation desk and one staff member at each of their 2
restaurants that can speak a little english. This would greatly facilitate
any foreigners that do not speak any Chinese at all. Please do not take
this as a derogatory remark.

I am not satisfied with the service mainly because the room do not have enough lighting, plus the fact that hotel staff will "always" have to check your room to turn-off all lights as soon as you step out, even for just a awhile!
And the fact that, this hotel do not pick-up guests from the airport unless you make a payment separately which is so expensive!
