We stayed in this hotel, having chosen it simply from photos on travel sites online, and it was absolutely superb !! It was like walking into a French castle, and the staff were extremely friendly, and helpful. The only drawback was that we only found two staff members who spoke English, and we booked for dinner by using charades :D !! The only other thing I could say that was negative (and all the negativity is definitely pushed into the shadow by the breathtaking beauty of the place!) was that the only English type breakfast item was a club sandwich :D :D !! We were not conversant enough with written Chinese to know what the other things were, and so played it safe. Overall: a perfect place for a dream getaway !!

For the third time i stay in this hotel, all around hotel is now nice and hotel always have so larges rooms and good service. I appreciated many the kindness of the concierge service the kind welcome when i made check in. Just during the fair we will appreciate than a 5 star hotel put a real service of bus for bring and pick up the guests in pazhou fair. I found a Muslim prior carpet in my room, I can understand Muslim guest can need make prior but in this case why not put Christian relics and other religious relics! Why discriminate like this? Put something for every religious or put nothing!

We had a good stay in this hotel and all things was well made and service was very correct. Exteriors of hotel and park are very nice, rooms a very large and have nice view. I had a great staying in this hotel and will come back as soon as possible. Equipments like swimming was open and clean.

Your service is good; however, I was disappointed with Guangzhou Regal Riviera Hotel. It was located in a new town within nothing around. Even the local taxi driver could not find an entrance to get to the hotel.
The hotel was a kind of manmade palace, while not the type of western guests. While staying here, we could only find two Chinese restaurants in the hotel but no any Western restaurants.
Hotel staff merely spoke good English; internet was too slow to do anything. The room was ok, big, and clean. But I will not stay in this hotel again in the future.
