sorry, forget to mention also that the breakfast was really bad. i stayed for 17 nights, and had breakfast only on 2 days , because of the very poor variety and non western breakfast, mainly Chinese

The hotel is very clean, and the location is very close to major shopping sites.
The staff is very helpful and co-operative.
i really liked this hotel except for 2 major points that were really annoying.
1. The rooms, even the suite have no fridge, and there is no cable TV (only Chinese channels)
2. There is no gym or swimming pool for the hotel.
3. the hotel doesn’t change us dollar or Euro .
overall, i would stay in this hotel again and as for Travelchinaguide, they were ok..

Many apologies for my late reply. Since returning from a very enjoyable and productive stay in HK and Guangzhou it has been very busy for me. For the last 3 weeks I have been travelling for business and seeing family and friends in the US.

I would like to thank you for the hotel booking service you provided me on my first stay in Guangzhou. I will certainly be in touch again for my next trip to the mainland next year. I expect to travel to Ningbo and Guangzhou to meet with manufacturers early next year.

The Guangzhou Tianda Hotel was excellent both in service and cleanliness and the location was convenient to some good restaurants and shopping. I would definitely stay there again. Very good value for money.
