The Hotel has a total of 176 rooms, including 93 DOT (each with an area of 39 square meters), 50 GOK (each with an area of 48 square meters). All rooms are spacious, one of a kind and has a full set of five-star standardized furniture and individualized supplies. All the rooms have the advantage of sea-view or mountain-view, beautiful scene and nice, freshly circulated air. Also, the rooms are equipped with broadband Internet services, free for the customers. In addition, the Hotel has 2 separate Swimming Pools in room service areas. The Multi-purpose Banquet Hall, equipped with hi-tech audio and video facilities, can accommodate a maximum of 200 people for conferences, banquets and other activities. The restaurants are offering excellent Chinese and Western cuisine in an elegant ambience. Also, the Hotel is equipped with Fitness room, Sauna, Massage Center and all sorts of entertainments.

Thank you for your Email regarding our visit to the Guest House International Hotel. We were very pleased with our stay at the hotel, I have already visited the hotel web-site giving our views on the service.

Regarding the process of booking the hotel, we found this very stressful. especially the need to pay by cash in advance, and the method of paying, which is expensive, difficult to arrange, and insecure in that if anything went astray we would have had no method of recovering our money. Our normal method of paying when booking flights or hotels is to use a credit card. This gives both parties security of their funds.

I would like to say that this is one of the best holidays we have had. I just wish there was a direct flight from Manchester to Sanya.

[+] For the payment method, we would like to inform you that we can accept the payment by credit card, however, since all the rooms in the hotel are under great demand during the Labor's Day for your reservation, the hotel requires prepayment immediately, otherwise they could not keep the reservation valid. For the payment by credit card, the time is not enough for the money to reach our accoutn, and the Bank of China has very strick requirement. In order to confirm your booking in time, we will have to change the method. Hope for your kind understanding.
