Regarding the process of booking the hotel, we found this very stressful. especially the need to pay by cash in advance, and the method of paying, which is expensive, difficult to arrange, and insecure in that if anything went astray we would have had no method of recovering our money. Our normal method of paying when booking flights or hotels is to use a credit card. This gives both parties security of their funds.
I would like to say that this is one of the best holidays we have had. I just wish there was a direct flight from Manchester to Sanya.

[+] For the payment method, we would like to inform you that we can accept the payment by credit card, however, since all the rooms in the hotel are under great demand during the Labor's Day for your reservation, the hotel requires prepayment immediately, otherwise they could not keep the reservation valid. For the payment by credit card, the time is not enough for the money to reach our accoutn, and the Bank of China has very strick requirement. In order to confirm your booking in time, we will have to change the method. Hope for your kind understanding.
