Thank you for a wonderful experience in all the hotels that we booked through you on our recent visit to Guilin and Yangshuo. The rooms were clean and had a nice view from them. The bathroom and shower facilities were of a good standard. We enjoyed a pleasant attitude by the staff of each hotel that made us feel welcome and tried their best to communicate with us in English. They were courteous and always very helpful. Our transportation was excellent and always on time. We had a wonderful holiday.

Good hotel at perfect location direct at the river and near to the pedestrian area. Modern and clean rooms. At least the riverside rooms have a good size and view, but the traffic may disturb the sleep due to badly insulated windows. All in all a good choice.

Rooms are nice and clean with air conditioning provided. Good location along a busy promenade. Very good value for money, I was very pleased with the hotel and staff is very friendly. I strongly suggest for visitors who don't plan to be pampered but just need an overnight place to stay.

Excellent location, staff have little English but this is easily dealt with by phone interpreter which they organize. Staff friendly and try hard to meet needs. Facilities basic but very good value for money. Little cafe located on ground floor offered cheap western food and coffee. A few doors from the Sheraton at 1/4 the price!
