Hi! Stayed 5 nights (advanced booking) and wished I hadn't. I left MORE tired than when I arrived. It is not 4 star by any standards, VERY noisy all night long and in the morning also very noisy with the custom of people clearing their throats which must reach down to the scrotum in some men, and the women aren't much better. Hotel states a Western breakfast and English speaking T.V. THIS IS NOT TRUE!

Hi. Have enjoyed our stay in Shanghai, Jiaxing, Hangzhou and Beijing very much. Guilin is said to be a great tourist destination I found NO evidence of this. Visitors to this city simply cannot be catered for regarding language, diet, or basic travel information.

This is NOT a 4 star hotel. It is more like a 2-3 star hotel, which we stayed for 7 nights last month. It's dirty plus noisy and has NOT got any 4 star facilities like Vienna Hotel. My sister stayed at Vienna Hotel. I was in her room and was very impressed with it!
At the time of booking, I was told that free shuttle service would be provided from Guilin Airport to the hotel. However, when we landed at Guilin Airport, there was no sign of such service and eventually we found our way to the hotel. When I asked the receptionist about said free shuttle service, I was told that it should be arranged by some one from the tour desk, which had got nothing to do with the hotel! The only good thing about this hotel was that u could get free but can be slow broadband!
