Hello: i was pleased with the service that your company provided to me. But I was not real pleased with my selection of new century hotel. I believed that they had internet service, which they did not. And I thought they advertised western food, which they did not have. Also there staff, was not real warm and friendly like I have had at other hotels. So i would not recommend that hotel to friends or family members. But your service was very good, so thank you very much, and I will use you in the future.

Most satisfied! The hotel provides the pick-up service at the airport, even around 23:00. The driver is friendly and patient. Everything in the room is quite clean, only the bed is a little hard. I will recommend this hotel to my friend and colleague. Tips: RMB12.00 per room as the city construction fee is required when you stay in Guilin hotel.
