I must say that this was the first time I was using your services but I will definitely use you for my future trips to China. I was really satisfied with your service which was prompt and cordial. Your website has all info a tourist may need and I do not think any enhancement is required.
My stay at Gulin Plaza (October 2009) was very pleasant and all staff I got in touch with was knowledgeable and extremely helpful and courteous specially at travel desk. The room had all facilities you can expect from such a hotel, very clean and well furnished. The only area I would improve is the breakfast lounge sometimes a kind of small to seat all the people at peak times between 7 and 8 am.

Hotel location is good as is the overall service about the hotel, the only complaint is the slight problem about breakfast where table allocation is all taken up by package tourists and lone travelers are left out. Also no option of western breakfast.

Though the hotel is not in the city center of Guilin, it is close to a large shopping mall--fascinating modern local grocery store. Within walking distance (15 minutes) of Seven Stars Park which is beautiful. Also, the service of hotel is good. It provides clean and comfortable accommodation. Breakfast is well-provisioned with a wide range of foods for all tastes. Views are not good, being the surrounding apartments and waste ground.
