I'm so satisfied for your service to co-ordinate with the hotel for the room reservation and the transfer from the Airport to Hotel. And quickly reply for my questions.

- The location of the Ronghu Lake Hotel is very good; so easy to walk to the city town, very nice garden view around that area, not so far for one day trip; we're so satisfied for the location.

- Staff service: Good services

- The facility: We would like to complained for the facility of the Hotel as follows:

1. Stop water supply in the night time 2 days; not comfortable for the timing due to from 11:00 p.m. - 4:00 a.m. it's time to stay in the hotel; first day I'm just arrived the Hotel at 10:45 p.m. and I'm so quickly to take a shower with my children and my friends too. The next day, my children needed to go the toilet in the middle night!!! How do we do? NO WATER! We must be waiting..... waiting until 4:00 a.m. by the rusted water to washing all?!?

2. My last day, in the morning of Jun 14, Stop electricity without notice from about 9:30 - 11:30. So, we feel so bad for that case. No air condition! The front Office just told me that the Hotel had a problem with electricity??!!

This is a wonderful hotel and very clean and comfortable. The staff is very courteous. But it is too far away from the central city and shopping area. The lights in the corridor are sensor.This is not good as it is dark when you first come in.

The building 5 of the Ronghu hotel would require a refurbishment of the rooms especially the bathrooms. The room and bathroom were clean and tidy but silicon edges were allready grey an black because of the mildew settling down in bathrooms over the yars. The hotel restaurant was disguting it seemed that it was rather carelessly operated. The table clothe looked as so never washed after some of the guest had puked the remains of chicken, fish, vegetables and other on top of it.
When i was looking rather disgusted it was replaced by a new one not really looking better.
