I am happy to report that we enjoyed our stay at the Miracle Plaza Hotel in Guiyang.
First of all, the booking procedure through TravelChinaGuide booking centre was very straightforward. Booking took only a few minutes, and when we arrived the hotel was expecting us. The three rooms we requested were ready, and the extra bed in one of the rooms had been provided as we had asked.
Regarding the Miracle Plaza Hotel, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the rooms were comfortable. The location on one of the main shopping streets of Guiyang was very convenient.
My only adverse comments are that the carpet in the rooms was not very clean, and the breakfast could have been better. However, these are minor complaints, and we would definitely stay at the hotel again in future.

Very nice room (Business Twin Bed Room) with a good price. Has a good location, just a couple of minutes walk to the center. Prepare for the constant noise of car horns, it is a feature of Guiyang city.
Staff generally does not speak English.
The spa & gym section felt a bit "shady".

Well, it is a very nice hotel. The location is wonderful, transportation to the airport and the train station is easy and takes short time. And the surrounding is great, there is a big shopping mall next to the hotel, and the products price is reasonable.
Staffs in the hotel are very kind, they can offer great help for directions (especially the front desk staff), I really appreciate that.
For the guest room, it is ok, clean and spacious, however looks a little old, but facilities in the room all work well.
I have a suggestion, the hotel picture looks old and actually the hotel is not as old as it shows in the picture. So, the hotel may offer some new pictures for promotion.
TCG booking service, i just want to say that it is professional and excellent. Would recommend and use again.

The Guiyang Plaza Hotel was a good hotel. We had one of the most beautiful rooms in the top of the building with a splendid view. The service of this hotel was good, only they could not give us internetconnection in the last days of our stay because too many customers wanted that. First they tried to give us slow internetconnection by phone but later even that was impossible. That's pity, because actually we needed it. The food in the hotel was good and for a reasonable price. The personell was kind. They did not speak English very well, but they were patient and tried to help as good as possible.
After all I enjoyed my stay in this hotel.
