Mr. Ronald McGill(Australia) said:

When I extended my booking I was assured by the hotel reception staff that the extension period would be charged at the rate-to date. i.e., $238 per day plus $10 per day for breakfast.

I am not pleased that I am now being belatedly informed of a hitherto unknown and undivulged increase for the final three days.

Furthermore, I understood that a 'western style' breakfast would be available. However, on the first morning of my stay when I proceeded to the dining room I found that the only food available which mildly resembled anything like a 'western breakfast', were hard-boiled eggs and half dry slices of bread. NOTHING ELSE.
NO juice. NO cereals. NO bacon. NO coffee. NO butter. NO spreads. NOTHING AT ALL. (I was offered a glass of warm water however.)

As a consequence of course, I did not avail myself thereafter of the 'so-called breakfast for which I am paying.

Ronald McGill.
