Beijing Hainan Hotel is located in the North Second Ring Road, out of the An Ding Men. It is adjacent to the famous Yonghe Palace and Ditan Park which owns a simple but elegant environment and shape. Besides, the traffic here is very good. Room renovation is warm, comfortable, commodious and bright. With complete facilities, the hotel is an ideal place for business travelers. The hotel was opened in 1994 and decorated in 2003. There are totally 116 guest rooms of 4 types in the hotel. All rooms are equipped with high-speed internet access, individual HVAC units, district heating line system, bath room; color TV with satellite TV programs, IDD telephone, refrigerator, mini bar and hair drier. Conference facilities can accommodate 80 people at most, equipped with high-speed internet access. Business Center provides guests with services such as computer, high-speed internet access, fax, laundry and dry cleaning, the city sightseeing, etc.

Mr. Chew said:

The booking system worked very well, apart from the need to fax credit card details. A secure internet server link would be much more convenient. The hotel was very good; clan and comforatble.

I am satisfied in general but communication was a big problem as there was nobody who could understand / speak English in the reception. I think there should be one average / good English speaking person in the reception or at least in the hotel that can help person like us.
