I agree with Isabell, except that I would not rate this hotel as high as 3 stars and we found the front desk staff to be unhelpful. There are many good restuarants in Haikou but not in this hotel. We will be in Haikou twice more during 2008 and wil stay at the HNA, It really is a 4 star hotel, and the staff are very helpful.
