Thank you for your e-mail which is really touching. Be honest, it is a long tome since I stayed at Hangzhou Tower in last June.
Personally, I am not very much impressed on Hangzhou Tower because of its location and surroundings. It is OK for just a short stay on a business trip. But I will not stay there for the next trip. Actually, it was my choice so that I have no complaint. Anyway, it is kind for you to ask for my opinion. It is not a favorable one. I am sorry. Anyway, I will trouble your company to arrange my hotel and flight again soon.

Rooms, facilities, breakfast, all as expected from this chain.
Special mention to the front desk and your booking center staff; skilled, ready to help without disturbing. In other words: effective and easy.
Area is not the best for my purposes but surroundings can satisfy normal needs (restaurants, shops, commercial centers).
Booking experience through TCG Booking Center: V/much Satisfied.
Despite I check many webs, I do many hotel reservations trough TCG so, it would mean I'm satisfied.
