I would rate the hotel a good 5 star hotel. Services are excellent, staff very friendly and helpful. The location is wonderful because it is next to the central square. Plenty of shops and restaurants around the area.

The Harbour Plaza Hotel is fantastic for everything. Very well mannered staffs who make you feel like at home. The hotel location is centrally located within 2 minutes walking distance to the liberation square - the icon of city. It is also jointed with the great shopping centre with direct excess. The shops open until 10:00pm every night.

I am happy to report that we were very pleased with the accomodations you set up and with your service. The hotels were excellent. We especially liked that we did not have to pay the hotel bill until we got there. This made it easier for us to split the bill for the 2 rooms.
We also appreciated your thoughtfulness in writing out the name and address of the hotels in Chinese so that we were able to show it to our taxi drivers - very smart.
In short, as retired airline employees who have travelled a fair bit, we were very pleased with your service. We have forwarded your web address to another travel provider here in Canada which deals with airline employees.

Harbour Plaza was wonderful. They helped to book a private tour of the city with their car and driver and even upgraded my room, wonderful rooms with great service. The food was wonderful, the buffets excellent and the pool and spa great. The staff was ever so helpful.
I will use your services again as I hope to return to China next year. China has turned a corner as they say with the Beijing Olympics and someday I hope to move to China. Thank you so much for your courteous and professional service.
