Opened in 2005, He Xi Courtyard, Lijiang is a registering Four Star hotel with the service for accommodation, catering, business, conference and tourism. It is located at the Nanmen Square of the ancient city which is 1 kilometer from the SiFang Street. There are 171 guestrooms with luxury, elegant and comfortable decoration, which have all the necessary facilities and the free internet port to fulfill the needs of all the guests. The hotel offers free pick-up and see-off service. It’s nice! The hotel is quiet and the staffs are friendly. There are free snack and drinks everyday. The only flaw is that facilities are a bit old and guestroom is a little small. It is very convenient to book a hotel with TCG. Thanks

Staff friendly but don't speak English. Breakfast focuses on Chinese food. Good location inside the old town but in the map you provided for me there wasn't the indication that I have to walk with my luggage 4 blocks (or any other information).

Dear Messrs
Lijiang, Hexi- It was a nice stay. Though unfortunately, my wife felt the rooms were too cold as the heater was weak. My friend too had a bad case of diarrheoa from eating something in the morning breakfast. The staff was nice and accommodating but the incidents were no fault of theirs.
Zhongdian, Holy Palace -The rooms were cold though the business rooms we were in was generally better than the standard rooms in the other wing that they put us in initially. The breakfast and dining room though was quite low standard. We switched over to Shiner, upon our return from Deqin for one night. According to the locals, Holy Palace is more of a 3 star hotel to them and Shiner is better at 4 star. It is true that Shiner rooms are warmer. However, in the future, we might stay at Paradise if the rates are right as the overall conditions seems better.
As a whole, we appreciate the arrangements done by your agency. Though we have not met you in person, we are most grateful and would like to convey to you our greatest appreciation for all your fine efforts and help. We hope that the feedback is useful and we would like to say that we appreciate the pleasantness of the hotel staff and personnel too. Thanks.

Staff service: Excellent and very helpful.
Surroundings: Nice and mostly quite.
However - the bed in our room was terribly hard even though the staff tried to help us. If you are looking for non-smoking room it is not that easy to get, since the Chinese men seem to smoke when ever and where ever.
Overall: Good value for money and absolutely worth a nice recommendation
