I was in the very remote area in Luchung industrial area, and I was working until 2 AM, there is no transportation available for me to return Hotel, so I call Hotel to ask them to arrange the transportation for me, The hotel staff immediately find the TAXI for me and through the cellular phone, my TAXI come at right place and bring me back to Hotel. In this situation the only thing I can ask the help is Hotel, and they did the good job to help me, Thank you so much.

I can warmly recommend The Hebei Century hotel. The staff was werry kindly and I have got a good service on my stay. I have use the western restaurant and it was also good; open buffet for only 68 RMB witch including warm and cold and meal and a lot of different kind of fruits.

I would say that this hotel is a good deal for the money. They could improve by having at least one English speaking member at the front desk and offer non-smoking rooms. The pictures of the rooms above are mostly sets, the actual rooms are not as nice as the pictures.

The Hebei Century hotel is very good. They could improve by having more English speakers on the front desk. It is difficult to communicate at times.
