The booking was through TCG was superior - very quick reply. The hotel facility was ok; unfortunately only 1 person speaks English.

Dear TCG,

First of all thanks to TCG for the great service to booking hotel, that was very easy to book hotel through TCG service. For hotel facility was good enough and cleans, but the stuff at the room is the old stuff :( so likes lamp is not so nice any more. Also for meal, this hotel doesn't provide it, so you have to looking for by your self, but it quite many restaurants around this hotel. For the location of this hotel is very good, very near with Guangqian street and North Pagoda Temple. And one more thing, the bus station is just front of this hotel, so it will be helpful to take bus. The bus station name is something with china hospital. (I’m forget the exact name), and quite many line pass this bus station such of 204, #1 tourist line, etc.

Thank you for your suggestion and arrangement to stay on Hengdeli Hotel in Suzhou. I, my wife and my son are very happy with our trip in Suzhou.

Here is my review:
1. Hengdeli Hotel (Jingde Road, Suzhou): It will be better if they provide us with breakfast. Room and bathroom cleanliness is fair. Staff service is good, they can give us some information about tourist attraction in Suzhou, it will be better if they can speak English. Hotel location is very strategic, we can found public bus stop in front of hotel, and we can found a lot of bus number at that bus stop. Walk around 300m, we can found one street with a lot of restaurant. I give 4 star rate for Hengdeli Hotel, Suzhou (5 star is best).

2. Booking experience on TCG is very good, I give 5 star for this arrangement (5 star is best).

Suzhou is very beautiful city, if I have an opportunity, I will go to Suzhou again, and use travel china guide for my hotel booking.
