I appreciate your mail for a feedback on yor services. The services of TCG Hotel booking center was excellent, the answers were prompt and precise.A change in hotel booking over phone, after I reached the destination was also done promptly.I would again use your serivces in future when needed.Lastly, the rates offered by you for the hotels were exceptionally reasonable and was lower than that quoted by them directly. Re:hotels, all the hotels mentioned in your mail were good, both in service and location. However the language problem was enormous,as most of the hotels had one or two,if at all, employee knowing English.

Dear TCG,
Here are my comments.
The hotel I booked through your service was good. Clean, good service, smart staff. The hotel is conveniently located in the city centre, and we had a very enjoyable stay.
As for TCG service, I was also quite pleased with the quality of your response, and the service offered.
Thanks again for your service.

Dear Josephine and Sarah,
in Xian i was really really satisfied. The hotel was pretty great, with good service. The price you had offered was also very good.
Thanks and greets, Alicia

Thanks for your help. Everything went smoothly with this booking. The price was good. The hotel gave me a room high up overlooking the square so I could watch the world go by and the early morning exercises. If you wanted a lie-in then you'd have been woken up by the music accompanying the exercises - personally I liked this insight into the local culture
Cheers

This hotel is newly opened and have some odor. But I can manage it. The price is reasonable comparing with the facilities offered. I like to see the Xian people doing morning exercise in the goverment square. Thank you TCG guys to book this hotel for you. I would like to recommend it to the economy class travellers like me:0
