The hardware of the hotel is very good. The location is wonderful, in the Nan Ping Economic Development Zone, just 10 minutes away from the city center and only 20 minute drive to the Yangtze River Cruise pier. The hotel building looks gorgeous, the lobby is spacious, and hotel room is clean and comfortable, all facilities in the hotel are modern and work well. But the hotel staff, especially, the reception staff is not very warm-hearted. In all, the hotel is a good accommodation. Recommended!!!

Disappointed hotel! When I check in at the hotel reception, I required one NON-SMOKING, KING-SIZED bed room. But after I came to the room, I found it was a twin-size bed room. Then I came back to the reception and asked for moving. They give me a smoking king-size bed room at last!! I was very very disappointed and dissatisfied with their service. I have to breathe the smoky smell to sleep the whole night. The management of the hotel should improve their training and service soon.
