Sorry for the late reply. I just want to provide some feedback. This is a great service. It's easy to use, although the fax part of it is a hassle. Doing everything online would have been highly preferred.

I was not able to find a suitable hotel room that night by searching many other websites, and only your website was able to get me a room! So that's why this is such a great site!!

However, I did run into some problems when I checked into the hotel. I had to work late that night, so I did not check-in until around 11pm, well after the 6pm guarantee. I was lucky and the hotel still had a room available for me.

In the future, you should also ask us for any hotel club membership numbers. We can get hotel points or higher priority if these club membership numbers are submitted along with the reservation.
