The Hangzhou Holiday inn was a pleasure to stay at, and that is one hotel I would recommend to friends and anyone who needs a hotel in Hangzhou. All the staff were very polite and spoke very good English, the General manger there has done a very professional job of training his staff. The menu in the restaurant and not to mention the food plus the staff service were again, excellent. Myself, I would give this hotel a 5 star rating, the rooms were clean, well laid out and well supplied with all the little things that make a stay a hotel more comfortable, the executive club lounge staff were very helpful and quick to get things done. Overall an excellent hotel to stay at for business or just vacation at. The location is close to many good shopping areas, the silk market is as close as they say, ten minutes walking time. Most others are about the same, or ten minutes by taxi. I will be going back to Hangzhou for another stay and when I do I will be booking at the Holiday Inn, without a doubt.

As for TCG, you people amazed me at the speed you did what you did, I had a booking inside of 25 Minutes after I explained where I was and what I needed to have done. One E-mail, one quick phone call from Beijing where I already was and it was done, very professional, very quick, no issues with check in at the hotel which was about 2 minutes flat, very fast and just what was discussed on the phone. Made things work out just perfect and in the future I will be definitely be using your service to do bookings from outside of China and inside of China. I had seen the website, did not have a lot of time to get it done as the flight was only a few hours away so now when it was done that quick, and simple I might add, you would spend more time sitting in a travel agents office than what It took with the superior service from TCG I am convinced, do it through TCG to avoid any problems.

Stayed at this hotel in Oct 07 with extended family- booked 2 rooms for 3 days. Excellent location and well kept hotel. Reception is very helpfull. Coffee Shop service is GOOD and has a very correctly priced menu.
Will again come to Hangzhou and stay here

We found the hotel to be good quality. There were no problems, and everything was nice, so we have no suggestions for a better stay. The arrangements which we made through your company were also satisfactory, so again we have no suggestions.
