The main hotels we stayed at fully met our highest expectations.
The Guobin Grand Hotel in particular proved exceptional value for money combining a very attractive and spacious room with attractive surroundings and very good restaurant facilities. It is ideal for a short break before or after a Yangtze cruise.
The Holiday Inn Resort at Sanya has a beautiful location very comfotable rooms and excellent facilities including a wide range of restaurants at very reasonable prices. The hotel in general and the rooms in particular were immaculate and all the restaurant and bar staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. The availability of excellent golf courses nearby should make the hotel attractive to toursists who also enjoy a round of golf on a top quality golf course.
Once again thank you for all your help in organizing a somewhat complicated visit to China. We hope to be using your services again in the not too distant future.

The Holiday Inn Yalong Bay Sanya, is a very beautiful resort hotel, that I would recommend to anyone who loves the beach. The staff are very friendly; although the room size and price are a little high in compared to other Holiday Inn Hotels, but understandable because of the resort area. The bed was very hard and not comfortable at all, had to sleep on the chair cushions on the floor. I would stay here in the future, but next time request a more comfortable bed.

I have just return home after a three weeks vacation in China. Me and my girlfriend stayed at five different hotels during the time, two in Beijing and three in Hainan. One of them was Holiday Inn Resort Yalong Bay for four nights.
Before we went I spent many hours on the internet searching for great hotels in the whole of Sanya area and I am very pleased that we chose to stay at Holiday Inn Yalong bay. Considering lobby lounge and the panoramic view, the room, the staff, the food, poolarea, beach and price this is my nr 1 in Hainan (so far).
If I go back I will defenitely spend a couple of nights at Holiday In Yalong bay but also try any of the other hotels in the area that I haven't seen yet, like Gloria or Sheraton.
By the way - their club sandwich is an excellent snack to enjoy by the poolside. Have fun!
