The Hotel is wonderful, BUT the location is NOT. The taxi driver could not find it. I also could not find it after walking around for about an hour. It is down an alley - not a street and it is the nicest building on the street. It is surrounded by construction and broken down buildings. Only small cars can drive down the street to reach the hotel. The staff were wonderful and the little restaurant in the hotel was great. I have no complaints about the hotel itself, just the location. If I could not speak some Chinese, I would have been totally lost!

Your service is wonderful and very attentive. I appreciated the phone calls regarding my Hiking trip that I booked to the Great Wall. Your website made my trip easy to plan. With my knowledge of Beijing I should be able to choose the best hotel for next time.

Thank you.

The communication with TCG was excellent (all via e-mail). We had no problems with our reservation, and would use their services again.Unlike our experience with TCG, the Home Inn-QianMen was likely the worst hotel we have stayed in. We would not recommend this hotel to anyone, and would recommend that TCG not make bookings at this hotel, as it potentially may tarnish their reputation. The service and staff was horrible. For example, "Is it possible to have a taxi pick us up from the hotel?" Response, "Just walk down the street and find one." In addition, my wife was told to "Shhh" (i.e. shut-up)on an occasion when asking about internet service that was available. There was no internet service at the hotel, as listed. Another of the many examples: Our room was not cleaned everyday, and our shower stopped up everyday. When we asked about the shower, someone came to our room, turned on the shower for a minute, and responded, "It's ok". They didn't do anything. There was no willingness to assist in any way. Again, we traveled for 2 months through Japan, China, and SE Asia. We stayed in hotels, guest houses, and backpackers. This was the worst, by far. Fleetwood Loustalot

I stayed three nights in your hotel. Generally speaking, i was satisfied with this staying. The hotel is not far from Tiananmen square and Tiantan, but if you are the first time to stay, it’s a bit difficult to find the hotel. Hotel staffs are very helpful and friendly, though their English is limited. Room is very nice and comfortable. Reasonable price. I will definitely come back again if I come to Beijing next time
