1. The overall experience is quite good. The hotel is just within the nature scenery area, it? a really ideal place to breathe fresh air and enjoy a lot. My room is flawless and with a good view of the lake. It? amazing! And the hotel hot spring spa seems not bad. However, it seems few staff could speak fluent English and always with no smiles, and the breakfast is poor with a limit range of varieties. 2. Your website is great and very informative. Your people are quite friendly and always ready to help even I called you during night. You replied quickly and easy to book. I will use you again if I return to China. Thank you.
